Registration cancellations due to circumstances beyond the attendee's control (eg.g, illness, VISA rejection, etc.) may be refunded after review of the circumstances presented. Exhibitors: Each table registered includes one staff member - please enter their information so we can have a badge ready on event day. For additional tables, click on 'Add Another Guest', select 'Exhibitor Table' again, and enter the information of the person on that table. For additional Exhibitor Team staff, click on 'Add Another Guest', and select 'Additional Exhibitor Team member' as the Registration Fee. Again, enter the staff members Name on the registration form so we can have a badge ready on Event Day. Please enter Company Name in Address Line 1 , and indicate in Special Requests if Wi-Fi is needed. Exhibitor costs: Registration Fee Before October 15 After October 15 Each Table (includes 1 Exhibitor Team member per table) $300 $350 Each additional Exhibitor Team member $50 $50 The normal Exhibit Fee is $300.00 per table (received by Oct 15, 2024). The registration for one exhibitor is included in the Exhibit Table fee. Exhibitors may request registration of additional team members for a fee of $50 each. Note that exhibitors should remain at the Exhibitor’s Exhibit Area. The enrollment of more than one supplemental exhibitor must be pre-approved to prevent unanticipated crowding of the Exhibitors area. The fee for Exhibit Table registration after October 15, 2024 is $350 per table. Exhibitor Guests: Exhibitors may invite guests to the conference. All invited guests MUST register with the conference by Oct 15, 2024. Exhibitor Guests ( full day or afternoon) may ONLY attend the Exhibits and the vendor Product Application lectures. Exhibitors must request passes for the invited Afternoon/Full Day Guests. These requests may be denied due to capacity constraints. Note that the exhibit hall is limited to a maximum occupancy of 300 people at one time. i. After Lunch Guests- These guests may attend at no cost, but they may only enter after 1PM. ii. Full Day Guests- The fee for Full Day Guests is $25 each, and they may enter after 9 AM. These guests may take part in the food served in the exhibits area (lunch and breaks). Payment: Exhibitors may either pay online send a check. i. To pay online: (1) Fill out exhibitors contract, sign and send to address below. (2) Select “Exhibitor Registration” on the www.ieee.li/lisat website and follow instructions. ii.
